FEMA needs to get moving. FEMA needs to rewrite their policy that will allow some of the 12,000 people they evicted this week from hotel rooms to be able to receive one of these manufactured homes.

FEMA needs to change its own rules. They need to throw the playbook down, write a new playbook and use a good dose of common sense.

I would beg you, increase it to 25 or 30 percent. Small businesses represent 50 percent of the GDP of this country.
