unfortunately, I was absent for vote No. 98, a motion to instruct the Sergeant at Arms to request the attendance of absent Senators. Had I been present for the vote, I would have cast a vote in favor of the motion. ____________________

In Arkansas, we have a few counties where the incidence rate is over 10 percent, and that is not true in other counties.
