Mark Pryor is an American politician who served as a United States Senator from Arkansas from 2003 to 2015. A member of the Democratic Party, he focused on issues such as healthcare, education, and infrastructure during his tenure. Pryor was known for his moderate stance and worked across party lines on various legislative initiatives. He was re-elected in 2008 but lost his bid for a third term in 2014, marking the end of his Senate career.
Congress should not overhaul COPPA, but, rather, support and encourage, not discourage or prohibit, companies' innovations to advance child and teen online safety, security, and privacy.
I know that you are very aware of that, but I am glad to see that there are a number of Federal agencies, including the FBI, who are trying to work on this.
I noticed that there has been a lot of violence around the border area--especially to the south of us, but certainly it is spilling over into the United States.

About 57 percent of all students in Arkansas are economically disadvantaged, and more than 1,700 students in my State take advantage of supplemental services.
I just encourage you to be fair, flexible, and focused, but also keep in mind that second F, that flexibility, because one size is not going to fit all.
I support the reform that you are talking about, but I am concerned about the impact it may have on our small companies.
I think my State has a good story to tell there. The numbers in my State are going in the right direction, but it has taken a lot of hard work at the local and State level.
