Mark Pryor is an American politician who served as a United States Senator from Arkansas from 2003 to 2015. What does that mean to a community? A lot of communities have passed an ordinance that has been drafted by FEMA.
There was no doubt that there was going to be a strong motivation on the part of our parishes to at least look into the validity of those V Zone designations.

We can play the blame game all we want on this, but the bottom line is, right now, there are lots and lots of locally owned levees that need a lot of work.
I think you are touching on something that FEMA can't fix right now, or no one else can fix right now except the Congress.
