I know that you are very aware of that, but I am glad to see that there are a number of Federal agencies, including the FBI, who are trying to work on this.

I agree with what you have said, that any suicide is a tragedy.

I know you have the community-based outpatient clinic program.

I noticed that there has been a lot of violence around the border area--especially to the south of us, but certainly it is spilling over into the United States.

I just encourage you to be fair, flexible, and focused, but also keep in mind that second F, that flexibility, because one size is not going to fit all.

Do you anticipate having to increase USF fees in order to do this?

I support the reform that you are talking about, but I am concerned about the impact it may have on our small companies.

I think my State has a good story to tell there. The numbers in my State are going in the right direction, but it has taken a lot of hard work at the local and State level.

You do not want the carriers who are providing the services all the way through the system like they are supposed to and not being compensated for it.
