Thank you, Mr. President. I have to add, coming from Arkansas, that I wish to congratulate the Southeast Conference for being the championship teams. It is going to be a great game.

Opioid overprescription abuse is truly a severe problem in Arkansas, as we discussed, and is so much so throughout the country.

I think those things are really very, very important, the camaraderie, the sense of achievement, you know, doing something different.

I know that Senator Roberts and the entire Committee agree with you wholeheartedly regarding request and transparency.

I urge the Trump Administration to nominate experienced and qualified people for these roles as soon as possible.

We have talked about the challenging times farmers, ranchers, and their families are facing in rural America.

It is crucial to have decision-makers tending to the important mission areas at the Department of Agriculture.

It is interesting. This gentleman that I referenced was right outside of Fayetteville, which you know very, very well.

I cannot think of anything that is more important to discuss. Certainly, we all agree that this is a crisis.

In Arkansas, one in four children struggles with hunger, yet not all eligible children are receiving access to their nutrition programs that they need.

I was encouraged that we might finally be able to export rice to China with the completion of the phytosanitary agreement.

To cut the EAS program for rural communities really would have a pretty devastating effect for many, many areas.

I think we can be very, very proud of that. I think we need to build on it, again, making sure that we do protect the VA infrastructure.
