When you have obstruction and delays for obstruction and delay's sake, what does that do to things regarding, as you say, union and non-union workers, tribes, and non-tribes?

When will EPA complete this rulemaking so facilities can know they have met all of their boiler obligations?

It seems to me that our air permitting system is in desperate need of updating.

I think making sure that we take actions like that to help grow the economy in rural areas is very important.

Provide for the non-applicability of non-Department of Veterans Affairs covenants not to compete to the appointment of physicians in the Veterans Health Administration.

VMFP Strongly supports this bill.

We would like to get rid of that and make it such that the VA is exempt from that.

One of the major problems we have right now is we do not have enough providers in positions to fill.

I strongly believe that it is due to people giving continued service pushing this forward.

A benefit for one, a benefit for another is not--it is not the way that we do things.

This is an important piece of legislation that will allow many deserving veterans to receive the care and benefits that they have long earned and sought.

We have to get these problems done.

I am very, very concerned that this could require the U.S. CCPs to implement additional EU law above and beyond our U.S. laws.

According to the EPA's most recent drinking water infrastructure needs survey and assessment, released earlier this year, $472.6 billion is needed to maintain and improve the Nation's drinking water infrastructure over the next 20 years.

Urban and rural areas alike deserve high speed Internet. It is the crux of competing in our modern economy.

The development and deployment of a nationwide, high speed, 5G network is of great economic significance, as you know.

It is just one more tool in our toolbox that will help our local communities fund the infrastructure that they need to serve their communities' needs.

We are all doing the best we can. We are working away, but the current situation is not near as good as we would like.

We've got some uncertainty right now in the Department, and we've got some uncertainty in leadership.

I'm sure you'll spend a bunch of money on it.

What we'd like to do is help you identify the things that are doing very, very well and maybe some programs that aren't doing as well and push in that direction.

We just need to get this going. This prolonged delay in awarding the contract change the requirements in fiscal year 2019.
