The clerk will report the resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 550) designating the week of September 5 through September 9, 2016, as ``Recognizing the 40th Anniversary of Women at the United States Naval Academy Week.'' There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
