Overall, the purpose of my bill is to update a 45-year-old law to protect the Endangered Species Act from the current abuse it receives.

I have found that it was a highly partisan Act, highly partisan piece of legislation that was passed back in the early 1970s.

I am excited for the House Committee on Natural Resources to visit Hot Springs on Monday.

I am eager to explore, to improve, and to potentially provide to other Americans across Arkansas and across the country.
