I'm honored to be here.

I say that, first, to ask the Congress, if they want to go home and campaign, to take the anti-environmental riders off the bills.

The work we have done on conservation is among the things I'm most proud of as President.

When I ran for President in 1992, only my mother thought I could win.

We can grow this economy, and we can do it.

I believe that the Vice President and Joe Lieberman will be elected, and they should be, because they have a better plan and they've got a better record and they've got a better direction.

We actually have a chance, because of our economic prosperity and because crime is down.

I want somebody that will take on big things.

But we have to make a decision that we're going to make education a priority.

I think everybody counts; everybody ought to have a chance; and we all do better when we help each other.

We are able to make this gift to the future.

The main issue here in this election season is, what do people believe this election is about anyway?

I am glad we have people here from all over the world.

We believe that everyone deserves a chance, that everyone counts, and that we all do better when we help each other.

I want to tell you what this means to me.

One of my greatest regrets is that the United States is—we have never succeeded in winning a big debate about what our responsibilities are in the rest of the world and how fulfilling them helps us.

I think this is a prudent thing to do to increase stocks for the winter and to try to make sure it has a moderating effect on prices.

Every one of you, every day, comes in contact with tons of people who have never been to one of these events, who never will go, don't know anybody in public life, but on election day they will go vote.

We cannot achieve energy security by endangering the environment, denying critical funding, or delaying vital action.

Every week, people there get an E-mail from a guy with Lou Gehrig's disease in North Carolina who is a friend of mine.

We must begin this new century by abandoning the stale debate from the last one about whether it's better to strengthen gun laws or enforce existing ones.

He was, without a doubt, one of our Nation's most eloquent voices for human rights and racial justice.
