Today, we're on the right track for the 21st century.

We really do believe that it takes a village; we don't think you're on your own.

I want us to build a bridge to the 21st century with the best education system in the world.

We passed a crime bill that our opponents led the opposition to.

I want to build a bridge to the 21st century that we can all walk across together.

I want to see every classroom and library in America hooked up to the Internet by the year 2000.

None of that is an accident.

No more advertising, marketing, and sales to them. It is wrong.

The partnership between the National Government and the States is critical.

I can tell you that after 4 years we're in better shape than we were 4 years ago and we're on the right track to the 21st century.

This election...will shape what America will be like when our children are our age.

We have to build a bridge to the 21st century that makes more communities stronger.

I want to ask you to help me build a bridge to the 21st century that all of us can walk across.

I want you to help me make a college education available to every single American citizen who needs it.

Let's cut taxes for education, for childrearing, for medical care.

We're becoming increasingly diverse and different.

Will you help us build that bridge?

It wasn't antibusiness.

We want everybody, everybody, without regard to where they start in life, without regard to their race or their background, if you will work hard and be a good citizen, you're a part of our country.

I hope you will continue to do that.

We've moved almost 2 million people off the welfare rolls.
