With these rules, we are helping to guarantee that children get the health insurance they have been promised.

Recycling is one of the great success stories in America's crusade to protect our environment and preserve our natural resources.

We believe that there has been a renewed and clear determination of the Turkish Government to take a stand against torture and to generally increase protection of human rights.

I think if you look at the map and underlying political realities, still Turkey is going to have a great deal to do with the way the world is in the 21st century.

I am very determined to support Turkish membership in the EU for a very good reason.

I am pleased to say that the United States and the People's Republic of China have now successfully concluded a strong accession agreement for China to enter the World Trade Organization.
