Keep in mind, we all get health care in this country.

I hope that some day the success of this program will make it possible for every young American who wishes to serve and earn credit against a college education or other kinds of education and training, to do that.

I urge all citizens of our great Nation to make the enhancement of farmer, rancher and farm worker health of utmost priority.

I believe it is possible to enhance the care people get, not undermine it.

The funding appropriated in H.R. 2295 will provide such support.
