Secondly, I think it enhances the security of Ukraine, just as I believe the NATO- Russia agreement enhances Russia's security and enhances NATO's because it commits us to cooperation rather than conflict. In terms of what we would do in the Black Sea, let's note one thing, that Ukraine and Russia have recently agreed to settle their differences, which is a huge, positive thing from our point of view. To us, that was our biggest concern in the Black Sea, was the argument between Ukraine and Russia. And we're gratified that there's been an agreement that will resolve it when it's implemented.
