Well, first of all, I have made up my mind, and I've told you what my position was. And I've made it as clear as I can. But I also believe it is imperative that we work with our allies on this. The United States is not in a position to move unilaterally, nor should we. So that is the answer to your question. The resolution being considered by the United Nations I think contemplates that the UNPROFOR forces would be moved and expanded and moved to the border.
