Tommy Hawley Tuberville is an American politician and former college football coach who has served as the junior United States Senator from Alabama since January 3, 2020. A member of the Republican Party, Tuberville succeeded Doug Jones in the Senate. Prior to his political career, he was the head coach of the Auburn University football team, leading them to a successful season in 2010.
