Tommy Hawley Tuberville is an American politician and former college football coach who has served as the junior United States Senator from Alabama since January 3, 2020. A member of the Republican Party, Tuberville succeeded Doug Jones in the Senate. Prior to his political career, he was the head coach of the Auburn University football team, leading them to a successful season in 2010. Tuberville's political positions often focus on issues such as immigration, military funding, and education reform.
I’m part of that group that’s working on the wording to make sure we do it right.
That’s where they’re suffering. And the problem is, we’re enabling that up here in Washington, DC, by paying these moms to say, ‘Listen, more kids you have, the more money you get.’
No politician wants to really get involved in this because they’re afraid they’ll lose a vote. But this is one of the most important things going on in our country right now.
It’s not just in blue states or blue cities. It’s red states with blue mayors, to be honest, if you go back and look at the stats, this is what’s happening. Nobody wants to have rule of law.
We’re not going to allow lawlessness on the streets. It’s not going to happen, and you can’t, we got to put a foot down sooner or later, and it better be sooner than later, because we are losing control.
If you do not have safe neighborhoods, you have nothing. I mean, that’s what this country is about.
We’re talking about the murder on the Charlotte train, and I’ve tried to strike the root of it, trying to strike the root of this problem.
And again, we’re building two prisons right now in Alabama. People hate to build prisons.
