My district includes Montgomery, which was the birthplace of it all.

While these funds will provide some much-needed relief to our rural hospitals, we cannot forget that this funding came at the expense of kicking at least 10 million people off Medicaid.

This is not meant to serve as any sort of overexaggeration of what is about to come.
