General Klotz, you submitted a plan last September on three projects where NNSA was considering using public-private partnerships to build new, modern buildings and get out of some of these ancient facilities.

The letter points to the problem we discussed--decaying NNSA infrastructure--as well as many other problems that require significant funding to address.

Failure to address these requirements in the near term will put the NNSA budget in an untenable position beginning in FY18.
