Well, who denied the additional Diplomatic Security personnel requested in Benghazi by those who were working and living there and in Tripoli? Who was the person that denied that?

So, to get to the point, even if a post is not high-risk, high-threat, we know in certain parts of the world things are very volatile and can unravel in a moment's time.
