I cannot emphasize too much how important that is to the health and well-being of all of our people and to the progress of this country. He has done a great service, raising the question about allocation of the revolving funds, and we look forward to working with him. We are going to have to provide more resources than are now available. I assure him and my other colleagues that we want to do that in an equitable manner.
