let me add my thanks, also, to the Senator from Wyoming for allowing us to move past that particular amendment. We have worked very hard to avoid some of the controversies. We are not going to avoid all of them. But we did understand what he said and the concerns he has. We have heard others raise those concerns. We will work with him and other Members to try to resolve those concerns. We very much appreciate his consideration in withdrawing the amendment.
