I agree that there are greater housing needs in this country than can be met by this bill, though I believe the Committee has done a good job of trying to reconcile a lot of conflicting priorities. Naturally it would be the intent of this senator to maximize the number of Americans who are able to avail themselves of federal housing assistance.
