I think about Germany. We recently had an opportunity to be there and examine our strength there.

I just think in the last few months more has been accomplished than we have given ourselves credit for, and I believe the actions and the courage of President Bush has been the key to that.

It's odd to me and I would like to ask you if you agree, that we talk about multi-lateralism and unilateralism, whereas at this point it appears that 16 nations in Europe support our position and only three oppose our position.

What you are then basically saying is we have not been doing that. We have not had that capability, but it has not deterred others from achieving that capability and going forward.
