I think that is correct. But I do not think--and I am not going to ask you to criticize the man who gave you your job as a law clerk on the U.S. Supreme Court, which is quite an honor to achieve.

I do agree with you that it is a very difficult situation, and Alaska has a particularly unusual situation without having specific Tribal lands that receive specific funds from the Government.
