I believe that we are involved in a crisis in this country. We have been through one. I think January 6 was a very difficult time and a crisis.

We're excited about that. I will share to you, Chairman and Ranking Member, we are determined to use that money quickly.

Our budget would eliminate that procedure. It's something I've opposed, but it's stuck.

It hasn't been good and the American people don't like the idea that we're separating families. We never really intended to do that.
