First of all, on the comprehensive immigration bill, it was not supported by the people and over a 10-year period the number of green cards would increase from, lawfully then, 10 million people getting permanent residence, to 30 million people getting permanent residence.
Sessions argues that the immigration bill lacked public support and would drastically increase green card numbers.
