I just believe that the fact that we have a crisis internationally and we need to spend more on defense does not require that this Nation spend more on non-defense.

I see the fact that no one was being prosecuted for this as a factor in a fivefold increase in four years in this count of illegal immigration. So, yes, hopefully people will get the message.
