We passed it in the Senate and it did not survive conference, which is breathtaking to me that an individual can move to Florida or Texas or maybe Kansas and buy--they know they are going into financial difficulty.

I think there's a bipartisan opportunity to join together and say, once and for all, we believe we should have a lawful system of immigration.
