We believe that every dollar that we can properly expend at the point of the spear effectively carrying out the taxpayer...
I believe the concerns over it are overblown.
I believe it's something that would be good, be efficient, and a smart realignment of resources.
Our budget would eliminate that procedure. It's something I've opposed, but it's stuck.
