this chart shows the loan rate in blue over here. Throughout the years, the farmer's price, the market price has always been above the loan rate. So it is a matter being confused relative to this matter. Therefore, I urge that we vote against this matter and not be confused. New farmers are coming into the program all of the time, which shows that 10,000 have come into the program over the last 10 years.
