I still refer to the Senator as my chairman, but I realize that all of a sudden we have had change. So no hearings have been held in regards to the sweep of this. I would like to also ask the ranking member, have any hearings been held as to the broad sweep and the encompassing aspects of all civil actions pertaining to punitive damages outside of the field of product liability?
Editor's note · Context
Questioning the lack of hearings on punitive damages in civil actions.
