Never again, I agree with you, but I thank you. And I have for the Record something that I will submit, but I would like to just read the last paragraph: I would like to acknowledge the hard work of my good friend from Georgia and thank her for making time for us to speak out on such a horrifying issue. We should not sit idly by while people are being slaughtered. Never ever again. So I thank you and I commend you for a job well done. Comment on Rwandan Genocide Never . . . again! Never again! Those two simple words are used when referring to the Holocaust. However, I come to the House floor this evening with a heavy heart to speak on something that should have never happened again. I am here to speak on what is the fourth anniversary of the Rwandan genocide. It has been four years since one million Rwandan people were slaughtered by their former friends and neighbors.
