I do hope you'll mobilize, as much as you can, the support for the F/A-22.

Is that not a disincentive to staying on active duty? More people will go into the ready Reserve and not stay on active duty.

Mr. Secretary, I am informed that there are plans to reduce the end strength of the Navy by 7,900 sailors, and another 8,700 sailors over the next 4 years.
