Mary Peltola: “I am not interested in tricking voters.”

This is Alaska. We’re not in the business of tricking each other up here.

It should be a criminal offense to lie or mislead the electorate.

I just want to clear the air. I knew nothing about any other candidates on the ballot except for me and the incumbent. That is all I have ever known about. I am not interested in tricking voters. I know I can beat Dan Sullivan.

Nobody’s waking up worried about ballot composition. Not even me. I’m worried about my bills. I’m worried about affordability in health care.
