Doesn't it make sense that as we re-draft and tweak the Magnuson-Stevens Act and Reauthorization Act, we--if fisheries meet the sustainability level by our standards and they rebuild stocks and they're sustainable--we'd classify them--isn't that the ultimate test of sustainability rather than these third-party NGOs.
