I guess I have one more. The Senator said something I thought was very interesting on the budget deficit. The Senator is older than I am. I came here 2 years after the Senator. When we came in, we dealt with the debt ceiling, which is about paying the bills. We have to pay the bills that were racked up for a period of time before we got here. In 2009, I think the deficit per year was $1.4 trillion. This year-- which just closed out because we are still not done--it was about $630 billion. That is almost a 60-percent reduction in the deficit. We are headed the right way. But this is not helping.
