I hope that those that might question the motivation here recognize the significance of what the Senator from New York has pointed out. Indeed, by the 28th of this month, it may be too late to pursue, on behalf of the taxpayers, the approximately $47 million that has been charged off in the bailout of the Madison. I wonder if the Senator from New York would allow me one more question. Who is running RTC at this time?
