I consider Russia’s actions today to be a violation of Ukraine sovereignty and territorial integrity.
They are cutting a deal or trying to cut deals or trying to offer carrots to Vladimir Putin to do something that he shouldn’t be doing and that the world should be united in saying he shouldn’t be doing.
