The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To provide that any cooperative organization or other entity that receives a business and industry direct or guaranteed loan for a wind energy project is ineligible for any other Federal benefit, assistance, or incentive for the project) On page 596, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following: ``(12) Other federal benefits.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any cooperative organization or other entity that receives a loan or loan guarantee under this subsection for a wind energy project shall be ineligible for any other Federal benefit, assistance, or incentive for the project under any other provision of law.
