I ask unanimous consent that the Senate proceed to the immediate consideration of S. Res. 223, submitted earlier today. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report the resolution by title. The legislative clerk read as follows: A resolution (S. Res. 223) designating September 2015 as ``National Child Awareness Month'' to promote awareness of charities benefitting children and youth-serving organizations throughout the United States and recognizing the efforts made by those charities and organizations on behalf of children and youth as critical contributions to the future of the United States. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the resolution.
