if I could have the attention of Senators, I ask unanimous consent that the order relating to the Warren amendment be vitiated and the amendment remain pending while Senator Murray and I work with Senator Warren on the language in the bill. So we won't be voting on the Warren amendment today, but it will remain pending. That leaves votes on two amendments: Senator Brown's amendment and Senator Toomey's amendment. The PRESIDING OFFICER.
