first, I thank the Senator from Maine and the Senator from Connecticut for letting me take a few minutes, and I congratulate them on their hard work on this bill. This is a bipartisan bill that has some bipartisan amendments and suggestions about a big problem. It is the kind of thing we ought to be working on. I hope that--while we ran into a little obstacle yesterday, in terms of our ability to move forward with relevant amendments to the Postal Service bill, I hope we can move back in that direction so we can have a good debate.
