We are suffering from climate crisis/extreme weather.

Parts of the UK have declared drought status yet there is a political push for nuclear energy requiring huge amounts of water to operate.

MPs and MSPs being placed under pressure to block any candidate would be an affront to the values of the Scottish Labour Party, and to wider democracy.

Our Scottish Labour members deserve better than that. They deserve, and must have, the opportunity to engage in a robust debate of ideas and beliefs and then make the decision on the future direction of our party.

Things absolutely must change, we cannot carry on with the failed policies and politics that have seen us reduced to our lowest total of MSPs ever.

fund welfare and methods of looking after people and improving their lives and the infrastructure of the country, instead of billions that will go to weapons manufacturers

You cannot cut departmental budgets and lift people out of poverty and improve people’s lives.

Those in charge of Scottish Labour need to wake up to the fact that the Scottish people don’t want what we are offering.
