I am filing a legal claim and taking legal action against xAI, which is Elon Musk's company, which owns and designed Grok, an AI chatbot tool, because people used Grok earlier this year to take images of me from the internet without my consent and turn them into fake sexualised misogynistic pictures and videos, which I found pretty humiliating and violating.

I feel like this is almost a watershed moment. We have known that for many years women have faced this growing tsunami of online misogyny... that Grok managed to create on a mass level.
I guess that’s the centre of my case, is to say that it doesn’t matter how quickly things were then repaired. Once the damage is done, the damage is done.
Nobody would be able to walk up to me in the street and strip me and put me in a bikini, and I don’t see why anybody should be able to do that to me online, because the feeling, while it is not quite the same, is very similar.
