“I call up my amendment No. 2191. The PRESIDING OFFICER. The clerk will report. The legislative clerk read as follows: The Senator from Tennessee [Mr. Alexander] proposes an amendment numbered 2191. The amendment is as follows: (Purpose: To provide that any cooperative organization or other entity that receives a business and industry direct or guaranteed loan for a wind energy project is ineligible for any other Federal benefit, assistance, or incentive for the project) On page 596, between lines 12 and 13, insert the following: ``(12) Other federal benefits.--Notwithstanding any other provision of law, any cooperative organization or other entity that receives a loan or loan guarantee under this subsection for a wind energy project shall be ineligible for any other Federal benefit, assistance, or incentive for the project under any other provision of law.”
