as in legislative session, I ask unanimous consent that the Committee on the Judiciary be discharged from further consideration of S.J. Res. 22 and the Senate proceed to its immediate consideration. The PRESIDING OFFICER. Without objection, it is so ordered. The clerk will report the joint resolution by title. The senior assistant legislative clerk read as follows: A joint resolution (S.J. Res. 22) granting the consent and approval of Congress to the Commonwealth of Virginia, the State of Maryland, and the District of Columbia to enter into a compact relating to the establishment of the Washington Metrorail Safety Commission. There being no objection, the Senate proceeded to consider the joint resolution.
