I have said many times but I would like to say again that at the beginning of this discussion, when the Senator from Washington and I talked about how we had been stuck for two Congresses on this, I started in one direction and she suggested a different direction. As it turned out, she gave me good advice. I took it, and as a result, we have a result. So I thank her for that, and I look forward to working with her on other important issues in the same way.
