I ask unanimous consent that the time until 12 noon be equally divided between the two managers or their designees; further, that at 12 noon, the Senate vote on the following amendments, with no second-degree amendments in order to any of the amendments prior to the votes: Reed amendment No. 2085 on school libraries; Warner amendment No. 2086 on fiscal support teams; and Rounds amendment No. 2078 on education in Indian Country study.
