If I am not mistaken, there is a Federal moratorium on Internet taxes; that is, there is a Federal temporary ban on State taxes on access to the Internet. Am I not correct that if the Marketplace Fairness Act passes, that ban will still be there? In other words, today there is a Federal ban on Internet taxes, and after this law passes there will continue to be a ban on Internet taxes? And this is not about Internet taxes, it is about State sales and use taxes that are already owed but in some cases are not collected.
